Yes, I did, and I just realized it yesterday when taking a photo. It finally dawned on me that the hazy spot kept showing up in the same spot. It happened to be dried food. The kids are always grabbing my camera, so it's no wonder. Oh well. Congrats on your new baby!
Oh... and not bugs. It actually was ground up tire. They had artificial dino bones buried under the tire to look like rocks and dirt. The kids were supposed to dig for the bones. Mine decided to dig for each other. LOL.

You must have a smudge on you lens. I've had that happen to me. A bunch of grreat photo marked by a myterious hazy spot.
